Using Jooybar Trading and placing orders means you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not place an order.
1. Definitions
“Shop” means Jooybar Trading at https://jooybartrading.ir; “Buyer/User” means any person using the service; “Goods” means products offered in the shop.
2. Capacity & account
- Buyers must have legal capacity under Iranian law.
- Registration data must be accurate; the user is responsible for its correctness.
- Users must keep login credentials confidential.
3. Orders, price & stock
- Prices are shown in Iranian Rial (IRR) unless stated otherwise.
- An order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed after shop confirmation and payment (or agreed COD).
- If stock is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurs, the shop may correct or cancel the order and refund any payment.
4. Payment
Payment is via the shop’s active gateways or stated methods (including cash on delivery if enabled). Card/account accuracy is the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping & delivery
- Shipping cost and timing depend on destination, weight and method chosen at checkout.
- Delivery requires a correct address and available recipient. Carrier delays or force majeure may limit the shop’s liability.
- Inspect goods on delivery and report transport damage immediately.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply as described on the product page. Damage from improper installation, misuse or tampering is excluded unless otherwise agreed.
7. Right of withdrawal (distance selling)
Under Article 37 of the Electronic Commerce Act, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 7 working days of delivery (or contract date, as applicable), subject to statutory exceptions (custom goods, perishables, unsealed hygienic goods, unsealed digital content, etc.). 8. Liability
The shop is liable to the extent required by law for contractual duties. Indirect loss or lost profits is limited where the law allows. Site content is informational and not a substitute for project-specific engineering advice.
9. Intellectual property
Content, trademarks, design and software belong to Jooybar Trading or licensors; unauthorised use is prohibited.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes should first be raised with support; otherwise competent courts/arbitration in Tehran apply unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
